Role Description
The Logistics Manager – Last Mile Delivery is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating,



and overseeing last mile delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fresh milk to customers. Day-to-day tasks include managing delivery routes, supervising delivery personnel, coordinating with warehousing and cold storage teams, and maintaining real-time visibility of orders and inventory. The Logistics Manager will monitor delivery performance, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with customer service to address delivery-related concerns. The role also involves optimizing logistics processes, liaising with procurement and supply chain teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and generating regular reports on key performance metrics.

- Robust Logistics Management and Last Mile Delivery expertise, with experience in planning routes and managing on-ground delivery operations.
