Job Title - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Administrator - Enterprise Platform

Role Summary

We are seeking a GCP Administrator with 3 to 5+ years of experience to design, build, and manage our enterprise Google Cloud environment from scratch. You will establish our cloud foundation (landing zone), identity, security guardrails, networking, and governance using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Foundation & Landing Zone: Design and deploy GCP resource hierarchy (Org, Folders, Projects) and governance guardrails from scratch.
- Identity & Access Management: Manage Cloud Identity, IAM roles, service accounts, and Workload Identity following least-privilege principles.
- Enterprise Networking: Implement Shared VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, Cloud DNS, and Cloud Interconnect/VPN.
- Security & Compliance: Configure Cloud KMS, VPC Service Controls, Security Command Center, and centralized audit logging.
- Infrastructure Automation:



Provision and manage core services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery) using Terraform and Cloud Build.
- Observability & FinOps: Set up centralized monitoring/logging (Operations Suite), manage billing, and drive cloud cost-optimization strategies.

Key Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on GCP administration in enterprise environments.
- Mandatory Technical Expertise:
- Setting up GCP landing zones and resource hierarchy from scratch.
- Deep knowledge of GCP IAM, Org Policies, Shared VPCs, and hybrid networking.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing GKE, Compute Engine, and Cloud Storage.
- Solid Linux administration and Bash or Python scripting skills.
