Position: Associate Marketing & Communications

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to strengthen SOEs brand through impactful storytelling, digital communication, internal branding and visual communication. The role will work closely with business leaders and engineering teams to showcase our people, projects and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives.
• Create high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Design marketing creatives using Canva.
• Manage SOE's LinkedIn and Instagram channels.
• Curate stories around projects, employees, leadership and culture.
• Drive employer branding and internal branding campaigns.
• Maintain website content and marketing collateral.
• Support recruitment campaigns, events and corporate communication.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content creation.




• Track social media performance and recommend improvements.

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong storytelling and content writing.
• Advanced Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Good understanding of branding and visual design.
• Solid organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism or related field.
