Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage industrial construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in industrial construction or related field (data center).
- Solid understanding of MEP systems (mechanical electrical plumbing) design principles.
- Proven track record in managing complex industrial construction projects from concept to commissioning.
