Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Telecaller role based in Gurugram. The Sales Telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective homebuyers and investors, introduce Averis Realtors’ projects, and qualify leads based on budget, location preferences, and investment goals. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM systems, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the field sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel. The Sales Telecaller will share project information, explain pricing and payment plans, handle basic queries, and escalate complex questions to senior team members. Daily responsibilities include meeting call and conversion targets, updating management on lead status, and providing a courteous, qualified experience to all prospects and partners.

We're looking for a motivated Sales Telecaller to join our team and connect with prospective buyers and investors, helping them take the first step toward finding the right property.

Key Responsibilities:




- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
- Explain ongoing projects, second-home investment opportunities, and our services clearly and confidently
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM regularly
- Follow up consistently with prospects to keep them moving through the sales funnel

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or BPO experience is a plus, not mandatory
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable working toward daily/weekly targets
