Qualification

Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS); NEBOSH / IOSH preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement site safety policies, procedures, and EHS plans on a day-to-day basis
- Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings for site workers
- Monitor and enforce PPE compliance and safe work practices across all site activities
- Identify, record, and report hazards, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to Safety Manager
- Maintain safety registers, incident reports, and all HSE-related documentation
- Assist in conducting safety drills, emergency response exercises, and first aid training
- Ensure all workers are inducted and trained on site-specific safety requirements




- Support Safety Manager in safety audits, inspections, and statutory compliance activities

Key Skills & Requirements
- Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) – mandatory
- First Aid and Fire Safety certification – mandatory
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification – preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in construction site safety management
- Positive communication, training facilitation, and reporting skills
- Ability to identify site hazards and enforce safe work practices

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
