Role & responsibilities
- Promote the car workshop's services to attract current customers and retain existing ones.
- Visit Customer Place and evaluate the requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Explain service packages, offers, and maintenance plans to customers.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Achieve service sales targets and prepare reports on marketing activities and customer engagement.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in any field work, marketing or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of car maintenance, workshop operations, and automotive services.
