Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Level 3 Graphic Designer who is equally robust at crafting polished static creative, editing engaging video, and producing AI-generated video content. This is a hybrid role at the heart of our production line: you will take briefs from concept to final delivery across multiple brands and formats. As a Level 3 designer, you work independently, own projects end-to-end, act as a quality gate before work reaches the client, and help lift the standard of the wider design and video team.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design
- Design on-brand static creative for social media, paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google), email, blogs, and websites across multiple client brands.
- Produce e-commerce product graphics, banners, and conversion-focused ad creative (e.g., for our in-house proof brand, Kapissh Curtains).
- Build marketing collateral infographics, car
