Key Responsibilities

✔ Administer, maintain, and support PeopleSoft environments.

✔ Install, configure, patch,



and upgrade PeopleSoft applications and PeopleTools.

✔ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.

✔ Manage application servers, process schedulers, and web servers.

✔ Perform backup, recovery, cloning, and environment refresh activities.

✔ Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for seamless operations.

✔ Ensure system security, stability, and high availability.

Preferred Candidate

✔ 8+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Administration.

✔ Strong expertise in PeopleTools, installation, upgrades, and migrations.

✔ Experience with Linux/Unix environments.

✔ Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
