Role Description
The Head of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across all business verticals. This role manages project execution timelines, resource allocation,



vendor coordination, and site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and to quality standards. The Head of Operations leads and mentors cross-functional teams, establishes performance metrics, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include monitoring ongoing projects, reviewing operational reports, managing budgets, resolving on-site challenges, and collaborating with sales, design, and technical teams. The position also involves developing standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting strategic planning and capacity building as the company grows.
