Role Description
The Chief Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru,



overseeing all engineering, maintenance, and facility operations for Regenta Resort Sakleshpur. This position is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems to ensure safety, reliability, and guest comfort. The Chief Engineer leads the engineering team, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and ensures adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with resort management on project requirements, managing service vendors and contractors, monitoring energy usage, and controlling maintenance budgets. The role also involves implementing compliance with statutory regulations, handling emergency maintenance issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting upgrades and renovation projects to enhance the resort’s infrastructure.
