- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and strengthen the company's employer brand.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire,



offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team.
- Negotiate compensation packages within company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company recruitment policies.
- Collaborate with HR during onboarding and induction activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
