Business Development Lead (US & Europe)
Location: Bangalore
Work timings : 3pm to 11pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Description
As a BDR Lead, you will manage a team of Business Development Representatives focused on the US/NA and Europe market. You will be responsible for strategic planning, executing outbound strategies, and meeting both individual and team quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Set team quotas and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Foster a cooperative and high-performing team culture.

Individual Contribution:
- Meet or exceed individual sales quotas.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in the US.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.

Strategic Planning:
- Understand and develop outbound strategies tailored to the US market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends,



opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive account penetration playbook.
- Design and execute successful outreach campaigns through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage potential clients and drive sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or business development within the event technology industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
