About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual Tester with specialized experience in Health Claims processing and proficiency with the TCS BaNCS platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating claim workflows, ensuring system compliance with business and regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality standards for our insurance systems. This role requires a strong understanding of health insurance claim lifecycle,



from adjudication to settlement, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and domain experts. The candidate will play a pivotal role in executing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying defects, and ensuring the integrity of the claims processing system.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with experience in the insurance domain. Prior exposure to health claims processing and familiarity with TCS BaNCS is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent documentation capabilities, and the ability to understand complex insurance workflows. Basic SQL knowledge is preferred to facilitate data validation and troubleshooting.
