Role Description
The Zonal Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned zone. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the regional sales team, and ensuring achievement of sales targets and revenue objectives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities,



building and maintaining relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts, and conducting regular market visits to assess competition and customer needs. The Zonal Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and service initiatives, while preparing periodic sales reports and forecasts for senior management. The role also includes monitoring channel performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, and representing the brand in customer meetings and industry events.

Qualifications
- Robust sales management and business development skills, including territory planning and channel management.
- Experience in electrical, electronics, or consumer durables sector (stabilizers, power solutions, or related products preferred).
