Job Purpose

The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing digital content across Hugcare's social media platforms. The role focuses on strengthening the Hugcare brand, increasing audience engagement, promoting mental health awareness, supporting business growth, and maintaining a qualified online presence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage Hugcare's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other digital channels.
- Publish daily posts, reels, stories, and videos according to the content calendar.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

2. Content Creation
- Develop engaging content related to psychology, mental health, corporate wellness, internships, recruitment, events, and company achievements.
- Write captions, hashtags, and promotional copy.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer, photographer, and video editor to produce high-quality content.




- Ensure all content aligns with Hugcare's brand identity.

3. Campaign Planning
- Plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Promote workshops, counselling services, internship programs, corporate services, and awareness campaigns.
- Support online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Prepare monthly content calendars.

4. Photography & Videography Coordination
- Coordinate photo and video shoots.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content when required.
- Assist during company events, seminars, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Ensure media assets are organized and stored securely.

5. Community Engagement
- Respond professionally to inquiries, comments, and direct messages.
- Build positive relationships with followers and clients.
- Escalate clinical or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Encourage meaningful engagement while maintaining professionalism.
