Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Franchise Executive to identify franchise prospects, convert leads into franchise partners, and support the expansion of the QnQ Pharmacy franchise network.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify franchise leads.
- Present the QnQ Pharmacy franchise opportunity to prospective investors.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with franchise prospects.
- Coordinate franchise onboarding and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly franchise acquisition targets.
- Participate in franchise expos, promotional events, and business development activities.





Skills Required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, or Sales.
- Target-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of franchise models (FOFO, FOCO, FICO, and COCO) is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and attend franchise expos for business development.
