Role Description
The Human Resources Administrator at Verdicto is a full-time, in office role based in Noida,



responsible for supporting HR operations and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle. This role involves maintaining and updating employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating benefits administration in line with company policies. The HR Administrator will manage HRIS data entry and reporting, support compliance with labor and employment laws, and help implement HR policies and procedures. Daily tasks include responding to employee queries, coordinating attendance and leave records, supporting performance management activities, and assisting with HR documentation and audits. The role also works closely with management to support recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
