Position Overview:

Department - Retail Operations

Reporting To - Business Head

Location - Gopinath Jewellers [Agartala, Silchar & Sribhumi]

Experience Required - 5-7 Years (Min. 3-5 Years in Managerial Role in Jewellery Retail)

CTC Range - ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 Per Annum

Role Overview:

The Store Manager is the custodian of Gopinath Jewellers' brand promise at the showroom level. This role owns complete accountability for store P&L;, customer experience, team performance,



and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets - gold and diamond jewellery across all product categories.

2. Lead, mentor, and manage the complete showroom team including Senior Sales Executives, Sales

Executives, and Customer Relation Managers & Executives.

3. Own the showroom's P&L; - monitor revenue, control costs, manage shrinkage, and report financial

performance to the Business Head.

4. Ensure optimal inventory levels - coordinate with the purchase team for stock replenishment, audit

physical stock vs system records, and prevent pilferage.

5. Maintain the highest standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and display hygiene as per

brand guidelines.

6. Oversee daily cash & billing operations, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accurate reporting to accounts.

7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI and repeat custome
