Role & responsibilities
- Verify and validate property survey and GIS data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform quality checks on field survey data, photographs, and supporting documents.
- Identify data discrepancies, missing information, and inconsistencies, and coordinate with field teams for corrections.
- Ensure project data complies with client requirements and quality standards.
- Review survey records before submission to clients or government departments.
- Generate daily quality reports and share observations with project managers.
- Track error trends and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with surveyors, supervisors, and technical teams to resolve data issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality audits and corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of quality verification within project deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering, Science, Commerce, or equivalent preferred).
- 0-4 years of experience in Data Verification,



Quality Analysis, GIS, Survey, or MIS.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
- Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and English.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Government, Municipal, GIS, or Property Survey projects is an advantage.
