Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager Machine Shop Production to lead and oversee machine shop operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the pump, motor, or valve manufacturing industry.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
- Experience: 12-15 Years
- Industry Preference: Pump Manufacturing / Motor Manufacturing / Valve Manufacturing
- Gender: Male
- Strong knowledge of CNC Machines, VMC, HMC, Conventional Machines, Production Planning, Assembly, Vendor Management, and Process Optimization.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day machine shop production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within planned schedules.
- Monitor machining processes, productivity, and machine utilization.
- Maintain quality standards and implement continuous process improvements.




- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Optimize manpower, machine capacity, and production efficiency.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production costs and reduce manufacturing losses.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams.
