- Generate Delegate Revenue: Drive delegate attendance for assigned events through proactive acquisition efforts, primarily through telesales and email campaigns. No fieldwork required.
- Promotional Activities: Implement strategies to attract and secure delegates, ensuring a relevant audience for events.
- Customer Support: Address delegate queries, requests, and concerns via calls, emails, and SMS for a seamless experience.




- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and client interactions.
- Creative Input: Suggest cutting-edge ideas to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed delegate acquisition targets set by the Head of Department (HOD).
- Explore New Avenues: Identify and test new methods to boost delegate sales and increase event attendance.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B magazine subscription or publishing.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to meet targets; proficiency in MS Office.
