Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, customer focused, and proactive Workspace Operations Executive to oversee the day to day operations of our workspace. Acting as the face of the workspace, you will ensure operational excellence, deliver an exceptional member experience, and support the growth of our community. This role is pivotal in maintaining a professional, welcoming,



and well managed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Workspace Operations

• Manage daily workspace operations, ensuring a consistently professional, protected, and welcoming environment.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and external vendors to uphold high operational standards.

• Ensure meeting rooms, conference rooms and shared facilities are presentation ready at all times.

• Monitor workspace resources and coordinate timely replenishment of supplies and consumables.

• Conduct routine inspections and resolve maintenance or facility issues promptly.

• Maintain compliance with workplace policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Member Experience & Front Office

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, visitors, clients, and partners.

• Deliver a professional, service oriented experience from arrival to departure.
