Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily tasks include developing HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting leadership with workforce planning. The role also involves managing compensation and benefits processes, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture,



and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and employee engagement in a remote-first setting.

Qualifications
- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in policy development, HR documentation, and compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and employee engagement programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software tools, and comfort working with digital communication and collaboration platforms.
