Job description General Manager – AMG & Maybach

Role Objectives:
- Sales and Volume Growth
- Drive sales growth by setting targets, identifying new Customer segments, and executing effective marketing and sales strategies for AMG and Maybach portfolios ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and profitability.
- Customer Experience

Deliver exceptional, personalized service at all Customer touchpoints to enhance brand loyalty and create a premium ownership experience.
- Team Development

Build and lead a skilled, motivated team with a focus on training, accountability, and high performance aligned to luxury brand values.Ensure all activities comply with legal requirements and maintain the integrity and exclusivity of the AMG and Maybach.
- Drive market share growth and ensure profitability by implementing well-rounded strategies aligned with MBIL directives, leveraging data analytics and contemporary sales techniques to consistently outperform industry competitors.
- Brand Compliance

Reporting to: Market CEO as per leadership structure.

Qualification - Experience - Skillset





Qualification Requirement: Postgraduate/ Master’s degree in Marketing/ Sales.

Experience: Minimum 10 Years of Work Experience in automobile sales, preferably in the premium segment with a minimum work experience of 5 years

Skillset Requirement:

· Leadership and Problem Solving

· Experience of Handling Luxury Customers

· Communication skills and Fluency in English written and Verbal (regional Language is accepted as secondary)

· Experiential marketing

· Grievience Handling of HNI Customers

· Understanding of competition products/Product configurations

Area of Work

Strategic planning:
- Lead the respective teams in strategic planning to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Set clear and measurable AMG and Maybach sales targets for each team member, aligning MBIL’s overall goals.
