Role Description
The Sales Advocate is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for driving business growth through direct client engagement and sales activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting services and solutions clearly, and managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing. The role involves providing attentive customer service, addressing client questions and concerns,



and ensuring a positive experience that supports repeat business. The Sales Advocate will also assist in training clients on service offerings where required and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and improve sales strategies.
