Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Field Sales Executive based in Asansol. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting Paytm's services. The role also requires conducting product demonstrations, educating clients about the benefits of digital payments, and providing solutions tailored to their business needs.



Regular reporting and feedback to the sales manager will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales expertise with the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of digital payments, UPI, and other financial technology solutions is an advantage.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to on-field challenges and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the financial or technology sector, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
