About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified leads, coordinate sales activities, maintain CRM records, support the sales team, and build solid customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, lead generation, cold calling, and sales coordination while working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients to generate qualified leads.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and maintain detailed call records.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and arrange product demo sessions.




- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecast updates.
- Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and follow-up activities for the sales team.
- Prepare sales quotations and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales activities, monitor team performance, and support KPI reporting.
- Ensure timely follow-up emails and CRM updates.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with market trends and contribute ideas to improve sales performance.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and business processes.
