Role Description
The Cold Email Outreach Intern is a full-time, remote role based in Mumbai. In this position, the intern will research potential SaaS clients, build targeted prospect lists, and craft personalized cold email campaigns that clearly communicate Viscend’s value proposition.



The role involves writing and refining outreach messages, managing email sequences and follow-ups, tracking responses and key metrics, and maintaining organized records of outreach efforts. The intern will collaborate with the core team to align messaging with business goals, adjust outreach strategies based on performance data, and support other community and client-facing initiatives as needed. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft explicit, persuasive, and professional outreach emails.
- Experience or interest in Customer Service and Community Outreach to build positive relationships with potential clients.
- Solid Research abilities to identify relevant SaaS prospects and understand their product and user experience challenges.
