Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented
Marketing Executive
to support and execute marketing activities for the company's real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating with agencies and vendors, generating project visibility, supporting lead generation, and ensuring effective promotion of the company's projects across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Support the development and implementation of project-wise marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, advertising agencies, media partners, designers, printers, and other vendors.
- Manage and coordinate marketing activities across digital and offline channels.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns,



Google Ads, Meta Ads, property portal promotions, and other digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, banners, advertisements, and project presentations.
- Ensure all marketing materials contain accurate project information and comply with company guidelines and applicable real estate advertising requirements.
- Monitor and coordinate project branding and visibility at project sites and other promotional locations.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Sales Teams to understand lead requirements and support lead generation initiatives.
- Track marketing-generated leads and coordinate with the Pre-Sales Team for timely follow-up.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, cost per lead, and conversion data.
- Prepare regular marketing activity and campaign performance reports for management.
