We're Hiring: Technical Lead / Architect - AI/ML — Mission-Critical Defense Systems

We're looking for a hands-on
AI/ML Technical Lead
to define and drive our AI/ML strategy across a portfolio of defense and mission-critical products.

This isn't a strategy-only seat — you'll be building too. Think radar signal processing, autonomous systems, sensor fusion, anomaly detection, digital twin-based solutions and intelligence analysis, deployed under real-world constraints: SWaP-C, real-time processing, and defense certification standards.

What you'll actually do:

? Set the AI/ML roadmap and translate mission gaps into solvable ML problems

? Own projects end-to-end — data → training → deployment → monitoring

? Build ML agents for ISR, SIGINT, and target classification, and digital twins for intelligence analysis

? Deploy models to embedded/edge hardware (Jetson, VPX, FPGA-adjacent) — not just the cloud

? Grow and mentor a team of ML engineers,



data scientists, and MLOps engineers

You'll be a robust fit if you have:

✅ 10–12 years hands-on ML/AI development, with 2+ years leading or architecting

✅ Deep learning, computer vision/object detection, and ideally RL or explainable AI (XAI)

✅ Real production experience with LLMs/agentic AI (LangChain, RAG, etc.)

✅ Comfort with model compression and edge deployment (TensorRT, ONNX, OpenVINO)

✅ Bonus: exposure to RTOS/embedded systems, GNNs, synthetic data generation, or EO/IR computer vision
