As we strengthen our e-commerce operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented
E-commerce MIS Executive
to support business reporting, marketplace performance analysis, and data management across our online channels.

Key Responsibilities
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for all e-commerce marketplaces.
- Develop dashboards and performance trackers for business monitoring.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to management.
- Generate ad hoc reports as required by the business.

Marketplace Performance Analysis

Monitor and analyse key e-commerce KPIs, including:




- GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)
- Net Sales
- Order Volume
- ASP (Average Selling Price)
- Conversion Rate
- Return %
- Cancellation %
- Fill Rate
- Inventory Health
- Identify performance trends and provide actionable insights.
- Support business planning through data-driven analysis.

Inventory & Catalogue MIS
- Track inventory availability across all marketplaces.
- Monitor stock ageing, out-of-stock products, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Supply Chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure catalogue completeness and performance tracking.

Data Management
- Maintain master data for SKUs, pricing, promotions, and product catalogues.
- Ensure data accuracy across ERP systems and marketplace portals.
- Develop and maintain automated Excel-based reports and trackers.
- Perform regular data validation and quality checks.

Business Support
- Support the
