Sixphrase Edutech is hiring enthusiastic Freshers as Junior Communication Trainers. You will work on-site at Nandha College, Erode. Your main goal is to improve students' English speaking, presentation, and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Training: Conduct daily classes on verbal ability, soft skills, and public speaking.
- Conduct Activities: Group discussions, mock interviews, and role-plays.
- Assess Students: Evaluate communication levels and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop Confidence: Help students overcome stage fear and build interview readiness.
- Track Progress:



Maintain attendance and performance records for college batches.

Requirements
- Experience: Strictly 0–1 years (Freshers are highly encouraged).
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree with excellent English proficiency.
- Skills: Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Traits: High energy, patience, and passion for mentoring students.
- Locality: Willing to work full-time on-site in Erode.
