About TOVI

TOVI International Preschool is a premium early childhood education brand built in Pune and designed for India.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on and performance-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to build TOVI’s digital presence, create engaging content and generate quality admission enquiries.

The Role

You will own TOVI’s day-to-day digital marketing—from social media and content creation to paid advertising, Google presence and lead generation.

This is an in-house, execution-focused role for someone who can think, create, execute and analyse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
- Manage TOVI’s Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar.
- Plan and publish Reels, Stories, carousels, posts and campaigns.
- Monitor comments, DMs and community engagement.
- Stay updated with relevant social media trends and opportunities.

2. Content Creation




- Create engaging Reels, Stories, videos, carousels and static creatives.
- Regularly shoot content inside the preschool—classrooms, activities, teachers, events and learning experiences.
- Capture authentic TOVI moments rather than relying heavily on stock content.
- Edit videos and Reels using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and social media copy.
- Maintain TOVI’s premium, warm and contemporary brand identity.

3. Meta Ads & Paid Marketing
- Plan, run and optimise Instagram and Facebook/Meta Ads for admissions, events, open houses and campaigns.
- Manage targeting, retargeting, creative testing and campaign budgets.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, lead quality and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and marketing ROI.
- Work with the admissions team to understand lead quality and conversion.
