About Us

Jai Shiv Traders is a fast-growing solar, inverter and battery solutions company serving Gurgaon and Delhi NCR. We help homes and businesses reduce electricity bills through rooftop solar installations and energy backup solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Call customers who have shown interest in solar systems, batteries or inverters
- Explain the benefits of rooftop solar in simple Hindi
- Qualify leads (electricity bill amount, roof availability, ownership, location)
- Schedule site visits for the sales team
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and updates

Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)




- Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day
- Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp Business
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, insurance, real estate, telecom or solar will be an advantage
