Job Title: Room Service Steward
Department: Food & Beverage / Room Service
Reports To: Room Service Captain / Restaurant Manager

Job Purpose:
To deliver food and beverages to guest rooms efficiently, maintain service quality, and ensure guest satisfaction through timely and courteous room service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take room service orders from guests politely and accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms on time.
- Set up room service trays and trolleys properly.
- Check order items before delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Collect used trays, dishes, and cutlery from guest rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of trays, trolleys, and service areas.
- Assist in storing, handling, and arranging room service items.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front office for guest requests.




- Handle guest queries and basic complaints professionally.
- Follow hotel service standards and safety procedures.

Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Neat appearance and professional behavior.
- Ability to work quickly and politely.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Teamwork and time management.

Educational Qualification:
- 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
- Hotel management or hospitality background preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
