This role exists to ensure every property consistently delivers high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, manpower productivity, and housekeeping execution while optimizing operational costs.

If this role is strong, residents experience clean, well-maintained properties every day.

If this role is weak, resident complaints increase, property standards deteriorate, and operational costs rise.

Your mandate is explicit
- Own housekeeping operations across assigned properties.
- Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Lead and develop housekeeping teams.




- Ensure manpower productivity and efficient deployment.
- Drive quality audits and compliance.
- Optimize housekeeping costs without compromising standards.
- Partner with Operations to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
