Job Summary: ∙We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Mechanical Assembler. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for working with mechanical systems, be able to interpret technical documents, and possess valuable manual dexterity. This role is crucial for the accurate and efficient assembly of our products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Job Responsibilities: · Assembly Operations: ∙Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, diagrams, and work instructions to understand assembly requirements. ∙Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies,



and finished products using hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches) and power tools (e.g., drills, pneumatic tools). ∙Fit, align, and fasten parts and sub-assemblies together using bolts, screws, rivets, adhesives, and other fastening methods. ∙Ensure proper alignment and functionality of assembled units. ∙Follow established assembly procedures and quality control standards.

· Blueprint and Diagram Interpretation: ∙Accurately interpret technical drawings, including exploded views and parts lists. ∙Understand dimensional tolerances and assembly sequences.
