About the Role

Unisolar Power is looking for an experienced and target-driven Telecaller Team Lead to lead our inside sales team. This role is ideal for a professional with solid leadership skills, hands-on experience in CRM-based lead management, and a proven track record of achieving team sales targets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing telecalling operations, mentoring the team, ensuring quality customer interactions, and coordinating closely with the Sales team to maximize lead conversion and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the Telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Allocate leads and assign daily tasks to team members.
- Monitor team performance, call quality, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Ensure accurate lead management and timely follow-ups through the CRM system.




- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and effective customer follow-up.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance communication and sales performance.
- Ensure adherence to calling processes, quality standards, and company guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries and support the team in handling escalations.
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance team efficiency and lead conversion.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a telecalling team is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Proven ability to achieve individual and team targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.
