Role Description
The Purchasing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing procurement activities related to corporate gifting products and services. This role includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely,



cost-effective sourcing of high-quality merchandise and packaging materials. The Purchasing Manager will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and design teams to align purchasing decisions with client requirements, brand standards, and project timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving supplier issues to maintain smooth operations. The role also involves analyzing purchasing data, optimizing vendor relationships, and continuously improving procurement processes to support business growth and client satisfaction.
