We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Executive to manage vendor claims related to expired and near-expiry inventory. The ideal candidate should have experience in processing product claims, coordinating with suppliers, raising debit notes, obtaining credit notes, and maintaining claim records. Candidates from the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Medical Distribution, or Retail Distribution industries are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor products approaching expiry (typically within 3–6 months) through the ERP/system.

Identify the respective supplier/vendor for claim processing.

Prepare and process vendor claims for expired and near-expiry products.

Raise debit notes against vendors as per company policies.

Follow up with vendors to obtain credit notes within the agreed timelines.

Verify claim documents and ensure accurate claim settlement.

Maintain complete documentation for all claims and vendor communications.

Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, procurement, and commercial teams for claim validation.

Reconcile debit notes,



credit notes, and pending claims.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.

Ensure all claims are processed accurately and in compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills
Experience in vendor claim processing.

Good understanding of debit notes and credit notes.

Knowledge of expired stock and near-expiry inventory management.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Marg ERP, Tally ERP, or similar).

Strong Microsoft Excel Skills, Including
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

Pivot Tables

HLOOKUP

IF formulas

Data filtering and sorting

Basic reporting

Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

Robust communication and follow-up abilities.

Preferred Experience
1–4 years of experience in:
