Job Title: Telecaller – Fundraising Executive (NGO)

We are a registered NGO dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children through education, healthcare, nutrition, and community development. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Telecallers who can connect with potential donors and inspire them to support our mission.

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential donors using the provided database.
- Explain the NGO's mission, projects, and impact in a skilled and compassionate manner.
- Encourage individuals to make one-time or monthly donations.
- Build long-term relationships with donors through regular follow-ups.
- Handle donor queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.




- Coordinate with the fundraising team to ensure smooth donor onboarding and payment follow-up.
- Follow all ethical fundraising guidelines and maintain donor confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, Sales, or Fundraising is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
