What You'll Do

As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leadership, driving people strategy while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with senior business leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
- Influence organizational decisions through workforce insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Support business growth, organizational scaling, and transformation initiatives.




- Build strong relationships with leadership teams and act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters.

Performance Management & Talent Excellence
- Lead a high-performance culture through robust performance management frameworks.
- Drive goal-setting, continuous feedback, performance reviews, calibration, and talent differentiation.
- Partner with leaders on succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership pipeline development.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent while enabling internal mobility and career progression.

Compensation, Rewards & Recognition
- Partner with global Compensation teams on annual compensation planning, salary reviews, incentive programs, and promotions.
- Ensure equitable and market-aligned compensation practices.
- Drive recognition and rewards programs that reinforce performance, collaboration, and company values.
- Support pay equity initiatives through data-driven analysis.
