Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader Sales role based in Gurugram. The Team Leader Sales is responsible for overseeing a sales team that promotes management and distance education programs, ensuring that admission and enrollment targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and motivating sales counselors, monitoring performance, providing training and guidance, and resolving operational issues.



The role involves managing inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting follow-ups with prospective learners, and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and customer service. The Team Leader Sales will also collaborate with counseling and operations teams to improve sales processes, analyze performance data, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive admissions growth.
