About the Role

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and improve conversions.
Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

* Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns.

* Generate quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead).

* Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

* Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.

* Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives, videos, and promotional campaigns.





* Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

* Set up and manage conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and remarketing campaigns.

* Create landing pages and optimize them for higher conversion rates.

* Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

* Conduct competitor analysis and identify current growth opportunities.

* Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

* Experience with SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).

* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.

* Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing.
