Job Title: MIS Executive – Attendance & Payroll

Department: HR / Operations

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BA/B.Sc.); Advanced Excel certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly attendance records.
- Verify biometric, manual, and shift attendance data.
- Prepare attendance MIS reports and reconcile discrepancies.
- Generate payroll input reports with accurate attendance, leave, overtime (OT), and holiday data.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations for attendance corrections before payroll processing.
- Maintain employee master data and update current joiners, exits, and transfers.
- Prepare salary-related MIS reports, payroll summaries, and monthly dashboards.
- Ensure accuracy in leave, OT, late coming, absenteeism, and shift records.
- Support payroll processing by providing validated attendance data.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance as required.




- Handle employee queries related to attendance and salary inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of reports while maintaining data confidentiality.

Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Charts, Dashboards)
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management
- Experience with HRMS/ERP or biometric attendance systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Knowledge
- Payroll software (HRMS, SAP, Savior, Payroll, etc.)
- Basic understanding of labor laws, PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS

- Quick resolution of attendance discrepancies

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
