About the Role

Banttech is looking for a talented React Frontend Developer who can build up-to-date, responsive, and visually appealing web applications.

We are not looking for developers who only know React. We need someone who understands good design principles, user experience, and modern UI trends. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design and be able to convert wireframes and ideas into polished user interfaces.

This is a full-time, office-based position. We are specifically looking for candidates who are:
- Based in Bareilly
- From nearby cities and can commute regularly
- Willing to relocate to Bareilly

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ReactJS
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong command of HTML5 and CSS3




- Experience with responsive and mobile-first development
- Ability to create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices
- Familiarity with Figma designs and converting them into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Experience with Git and version control systems

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Next.js
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Bootstrap
- Basic graphic design understanding using Photoshop or Figma
- Experience working with REST APIs
