? We’re Hiring: Founding GTM Lead – Saleswolf

Remote | Global Market | Revenue Share + Performance-Based Upside

Saleswolf is an early-stage AI-powered sales platform built to help sales teams prospect smarter, improve sales conversations, and identify the opportunities that deserve their attention.

We’re currently at the early customer validation stage, and we're looking for a Founding GTM Lead who wants to work closely with the founder to take Saleswolf from an early-stage product to its first set of paying customers.

This isn't a traditional sales role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the 0 → 1 journey — identifying who to sell to, figuring out how to position the product, experimenting with GTM strategies, talking to customers, closing early adopters, and using market feedback to help shape the product.

What You'll Own

• Build and execute Saleswolf's initial GTM strategy

• Identify and validate the right ICPs and buyer personas

• Experiment with outbound channels, messaging, positioning and pricing

• Build pipeline through calls, LinkedIn, email,



partnerships and creative GTM channels

• Run discovery calls and product demonstrations

• Convert early adopters into paying customers

• Collect structured feedback from prospects and customers

• Work directly with the founder/product team to translate customer feedback into product improvements

• Analyse competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate Saleswolf

• Identify repeatable customer acquisition channels and help establish our initial sales playbook

We'd particularly like to speak with someone who has experience selling SalesTech products, including:

• CRM platforms

• Sales prospecting and lead-generation tools

• Sales engagement platforms

• Sales intelligence/data platforms

• Diallers and calling solutions

• Revenue intelligence / conversation intelligence products

• AI-powered sales tools

Experience selling products similar to CRM, prospecting, sales
