Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Rudrapur. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and onboarding new merchants and customers to Paytm’s payment and UPI solutions, including demonstrating product features and benefits. Daily tasks include visiting local businesses, conducting sales pitches, explaining Paytm offerings, resolving basic product queries,



and supporting merchants through the onboarding process. The role involves meeting sales and activation targets, maintaining relationships with existing merchants, tracking field activities, and preparing simple reports on sales performance. The Sales Executive collaborates with the local team to share market feedback and contribute to promotional activities that increase Paytm usage in the region.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals with local merchants and customers.
- Customer relationship and service skills, with the ability to explain digital payment products clearly and handle queries in a professional manner.
