About Business line/Function:
MFS OTC DERIVATIVES – Regulatory Reporting

Position Purpose:
To perform daily regulatory reporting processing activities involving EMIR, ASIC, MAS and SFTR Regulations.

Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Ensure that all the OTC trades, Valuation and Collateral are reported to Trade Repository (DTCC) in a timely manner.
- No reporting rejections on T+1. Proper follow up on all NACK’s
- Person should be familiar with EMIR, MAS and ASIC Reporting
- Highly Analytical and Problem Solving skills – Trade Exceptions monitoring and reporting.
- Good understanding of NACK Resolution process in DTCC.
- Ensure all Nacks/Rejection are actioned and resubmitted to DTCC
- Reconcile the DTCC position with Client position to ensure that all positions are in line.
- Prepare the monthly KRI and KPI, and ensure the RAG’s are Green.
- Manage the group inbox and monitor the TAT to email responses.

Contributing Responsibilities




- Escalating exceptions to appropriate processing team for resolution.
- Reporting of exceptions in line with internal control and external client requirements.
- Contributing to team success. If needed by processing the activities as well.
- Contribute to the Operations Permanent Control framework
- Monitor turnaround times, and operational efficiency. Resolve Internal, external stakeholder queries.
- Support MO to address ultimate client needs and resolve client complaints if any.
- Supervise preparation and submission of MIS and
- Reports to management as required and disseminate information to the Team.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Thorough understanding of all Derivative product classes
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting, prioritizes multiple tas
